The whole export, car by car
The car is the record. Everything that happens to it, in Korea, at sea and abroad, is written on it once.
Vehicle inventory
Unsold, reserved, sold and 60+ days at a glance. Search by model, stock ID, VIN or buyer, in Korean or English. Labels show what is missing: photos, costs, documents, shipment.
Add a car in three steps
Vehicle, purchase and location, photos. A catalogue of Korean models, or type a make and model. The next stock ID, such as KR-1842, is suggested.
Photos
Up to 20 a car with a cover photo. Staff abroad add arrival and damage photos from their phone, and the Korea office sees them at the next refresh.
Shipments
Booking, departure and arrival with their dates, port and B/L number. A car cannot be marked departed until deregistration and the export declaration are complete.
Export documents
Purchase documents, deregistration, export declaration, booking confirmation, B/L and others, each with a status and its files. Files are never public.
Costs and profit
Purchase price and seven Korea costs in KRW; four receiving-side costs in the currency paid, with its rate. Estimated gross profit per car in KRW, marked incomplete while a cost is missing.
Buyers, sales and payments
Agree a sale in USD, record partial payments, see the amount due. Overpayments are refused. A cancelled sale or reversed payment keeps its record and its reason.
Review and requests
Sales and payments entered abroad stay "unreviewed" until a manager checks them. Staff ask for a cancellation or reversal; a manager approves it.
Reports and Excel
The owner's overview by period, weekly and monthly selling reports in Korea time. Import stock from Excel; export inventory, sales, payments and document status.
Korea and abroad, each with their own view
Four roles. What a role may not see is removed on the server, from lists, records, exports and history alike.

Questions
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Staff abroad use it in the phone's browser; each car shows as a card on a small screen. Nothing to install.
Is it in Korean?
Every screen is in Korean and English. Each user chooses, and the choice is saved for them.
Can staff abroad see our purchase prices?
No. Receiving-country staff never see the purchase price, Korea costs or profit, and Korea staff never see the sale price or payments.
Can we bring in the cars we already have?
Yes. Import your stock from an Excel file: a dry run shows each row's errors before anything is saved.
Does it file customs or connect to our bank?
No. Yardik keeps the record of each car, its documents and its money; customs filing and bank connections are outside it.
Where is our data kept?
On Jowgik's servers on Amazon Web Services in Seoul, South Korea.
