These terms apply when you use Yardik, the app at app.yardik.com.
Your account
The owner creates the company and invites its managers and staff. Each person signs in with their own email address and keeps their password to themselves. The owner is responsible for the members they invite and for what those members do.
Price
Every company starts with a 30-day free trial, with no card. After it, Yardik costs $20 a month for each company, billed monthly in US dollars to the card you enter when you subscribe; if you do not subscribe, you pay nothing and your records stay readable. We will tell you before the price changes.
Your data
Your company's records are yours. You can export them to Excel at any time. Yardik records sales and payments; it does not move money, file customs declarations or connect to banks.
Fair use
Do not use Yardik to break the law, to get into another company's records, or to overload or attack the service. Upload only photos and documents you have the right to store.
The service
We work to keep Yardik running and your records safe, and we keep backups. We may change features over time and will tell you of any change that affects how you work.
Ending
You can stop at any time; export your records first. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.
