This page says what Yardik holds about you and your company, where it is kept, and who helps us run it.
What we hold
Your account: your name, your email address, your password (stored only as a one-way hash), your language and, if you turn it on, your two-factor sign-in secret.
Your company's records, which you and your staff enter: cars, their photos and export documents, costs, buyers with their contact details, sales, payments, shipments and the history of every change.
Technical records needed to keep the service safe: the IP address of each request, used to limit repeated sign-in attempts, and the sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in.
Where it is kept
Your company's records, photos and documents are held by Jowgik, the engine Yardik is built on, on Amazon Web Services in the Seoul region (ap-northeast-2), South Korea. Your account and sign-in records are held in the same region.
Who helps us run it
Amazon Web Services hosts the servers, databases and files. Cloudflare carries traffic to the site and the app and protects them from attacks. Email (invitations, sign-up confirmation and password resets) is sent through Resend, and later through Amazon Simple Email Service. Errors may be reported to Sentry with names, phone numbers and amounts removed.
We do not sell your data, show advertising or use tracking scripts. This website sets no cookies of its own; it asks the app whether you are signed in, only to show the right button.
Who can see your company's records
Only the members of your company, with what their role allows: staff in a receiving country see only their country's cars, and money fields are hidden from roles that may not see them.
Your choices
The owner can export inventory, sales, payments and document status to Excel at any time. To have your account or your company deleted, write to us at the address below.
